Cancellation Policy

The service you scheduled at Skinfluence Face & Body is reserved especially for you. I respect your time and ask that you value my spas scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so by giving a 24 hour notice in advance. Repeated or excessive cancellations will result in losing access to online booking and possible all future appointments. Skinfluence Face & Body reserves the right to refuse services. Any cancellations within 24 hours of their service(s) are subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of $50. Should you have a same day cancellation, no call/no show this will unfortunately result in 50% charge of the services/time we reserved for you. The card kept on file will be used to complete the cancellation fee. When you miss an appointment I not only lose out on your business, but the possibility of another client’s service. Thank you for seeing the value in our relationship and for respecting my time/business.
